Project Discription:
Petrotel Lukoil Refinery is one of the largest Romanian oil refineries and one of the largest in Eastern Europe, located in Ploieşti, Prahova County in Romania. In 1998 the refinery was taken over by Lukoil, which has continually updated the refinery to make it one of the most modern ones it currently owns.
The Canned Motor Pumps we supplied were for an ongoing project for the construction of Sulfur Recovery Unit 3. This project will make the already modern refinery even cleaner, more efficient and up to modern standards.
Pump Details:
We have manufactured and supplied fourteen (14) sets of horizontal and vertical sealless canned motor centrifugal pumps. These pumps are of heavy-duty construction according to API 685, latest edition; composed of OH2 and VS4 pump types. Bearing housing is supplied as per API 685 latest edition, complete of threaded holes for mounting vibration and temperature sensors according to API 610. Capacity range of 4 to 124 m3/hr and pumping head of 45 to 360m.
Pumps were designed, manufactured and tested as per API 685 standard & customer process specifications.
